We are a small team of veterans, engineers and business people. CALIBER is how we put that to work: software takes the repetitive parts of a job search, and the decisions stay with you.

Three of us are veterans.

Jet, Knox, and Xenos are U.S. military veterans. Collectively, their backgrounds span infantry, sniper experience, data, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, leadership, and mission-focused execution. That experience informs how the team thinks about trust, accountability, resilience, and the transition from military service into new forms of impact.
