Trademarks
CALIBER, CALIBER Assist, NEXUS, NEXUS.SYS, and ASTROE GROUP, and the associated logos and designs, are trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us, without prior written permission.
Other names appearing on the service, including Microsoft, Azure, Azure OpenAI, Stripe, Resend, Google, Chrome, Edge, Brave, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Indeed, LinkedIn, USAJOBS, and the names of employers and job boards, are trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. They are used only to identify those products, services, and organizations. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement of CALIBER, NEXUS, or ASTROE GROUP by those owners, or of those owners by us.
Government non-affiliation
NEXUS CALIBER is a private platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government. CALIBER is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Defense, any military service branch, USAJOBS, or any federal, state, or local government agency. References to federal, cleared, state, local, or public-service jobs, to the VA, to the Transition Assistance Program, to SkillBridge, or to any government program are for informational purposes only. Branch names, seals, and photographs that appear on the service are used for informational context and do not indicate endorsement. Government benefits and programs are obtained directly from the responsible agency, never through CALIBER.
Automation disclaimer
CALIBER prepares, fills, and, where supported and only after your confirmation, submits job applications on third-party sites as your agent. Every application is yours: you are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted and for complying with the terms of each site. Automation may fail, be rejected, or be interrupted by changes on an employer's site. CALIBER does not guarantee that any application will be delivered, received, considered, or result in an interview, offer, or employment, and it is not an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing service. Match scores and similar signals are software estimates, not assessments by any employer. See the Terms of Service.
AI disclaimer
Some CALIBER features use artificial-intelligence models (currently provided through Azure OpenAI) to draft application answers, cover letters, resume positioning, interview preparation, and keyword analysis. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased, or unsuitable for a particular employer, and it may resemble content produced for others. It is provided for your review and editing, is not professional, legal, financial, immigration, or medical advice, and must not be submitted without your own review. You are responsible for any AI-drafted content you accept or submit. Where possible, the service marks AI-drafted text so you can read it first.
Third-party content and links
Job postings shown in CALIBER are collected from public job sources and employer career sites and belong to their publishers. They may be incomplete, out of date, duplicated, or fraudulent, and we do not verify them. Links to third-party sites, including government and veteran resources, are provided for convenience only; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Never pay a fee, share bank details, or provide government identification numbers to obtain a job through a posting you cannot verify.
Security and vulnerability reporting
We take the security of CALIBER and of your data seriously, and we appreciate reports from security researchers and users. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the CALIBER service, the CALIBER Assist extension, or our infrastructure, please report it to us through our contact page. Include the steps needed to reproduce the issue, the affected page, endpoint, or component, and how we can reach you.
We ask that you: give us a reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before disclosing it publicly; make a good-faith effort to avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting data that is not yours, degrading the service, or affecting other users; and not use social engineering, physical attacks, or denial-of-service techniques. Do not test employer or third-party sites through CALIBER. We will acknowledge your report, keep you informed, and will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow these guidelines in good faith. Please do not include other people's personal data in a report.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property of others and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws. If you believe content on the CALIBER service infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page that includes:
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it (for example the page address);
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who provided it, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through the same contact page containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Knowingly making a false claim of infringement may expose you to liability.
